'M' is a slow meditation on the history of the visibility and violence inflicted upon the female body. From behind a thick white cotton sheet, hung over the corner of the space, I am stood naked with my menstrual blood, as well the blood of two close friends, painted over my breasts, womb and knees. Very slowly I lean against the sheet which slowly bleeds through the sheet, revealing my presence. I then pour my own blood on my tongue and touch the sheet, which spreads further as it mixes with my saliva. Throughout the performance plays a recording of my voice speaking 4 lines of texts.
